What are your delivery times?
Once your order is placed, our team will ship it within 24 to 72 hours. Then it will be delivered directly to your home in 8-12 days to your home. Indeed, with the Covid-19, our delivery times are longer than expected.

I did not receive an order confirmation, is this normal?
Sending the order confirmation sometimes takes some time. Normally, you should receive it within an hour. Remember to check your SPAM folder, if you don't find the order confirmation there, we can check that your order has been registered.
