a very good costume, but the only problem is that it's a little bit with the size of the problem, well, it can be solved, I advise this costume to everyone who reads the comments here
I had never received my order. I placed it back in the beginning of June, it was delayed, then sent back to the company. I tried to reach out to customer service, requested for it to be sent back, I did receive a response but they never updated me on the return for over a week. When I requested a refund, they told me they would begin the process and it would take up to ten days. I waited over ten days, reached out again to the team for an update, multiple times, now I'm being ghosted... It's now in the middle of August, this has been a three month back and forth. Now I'm out over $300 dollars and no suit. Terrible service.
